Wednesday 8 March 2017 – Accolade Wines today announced the appointment of Ade McKeon as Accolade Wines’ new General Manager, United Kingdom & Ireland (UKIR), effective today. He replaces outgoing General Manager, Rob Harrison who has signalled his intention to leave the company to pursue alternate career opportunities at the end of this financial year, providing a three month period for a smooth leadership transition.

Mr McKeon joins Accolade Wines with a wealth of drinks industry experience behind him, holding various strategic marketing, sales and general management roles at such wine brands as Ernest & Julio Gallo, Canandaigua Wine Company, Southcorp and Constellation Wines. Most recently, Mr McKeon had four years with ASDA in commercial and brand leadership roles, followed by two years as Trading Director leading the trading integration of the Booker Retail Partners acquisition of Musgrave Retail Partners.

Based in Weybridge, reporting directly to the CEO, Mr McKeon is responsible for the continued leadership and business growth of the Accolade Wines portfolio.
